Return Policy

Tangible Shipped Items

We will refund tangible shipped items that are returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. We will refund only the cost of the product, not our or your shipping and handling charges. All returns require an RMA number. The RMA number expires 10 days after being issued - meaning that the package sent back to us has to be postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request. If your RMA number has expired, you can request a new one as long as it is within the 30 day refund period.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges for the return. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system, please insure the returned package.

We will not accept returns in case of the following:

  • Item has been tampered with
  • Item is physically damaged
  • Item is no longer covered under the 30 day refund period
  • Item is not the one that the RMA was issued for
  • The RMA for the return has expired - an RMA number expires in 10 days

Software Registration

Software registrations are non refundable. Once we send out a registration key for a software we lose control over that registration information. Because there is no way to confirm that the registration will not be used in the future, we cannot give refunds for registrations. Please use the trial version of the software before making the final purchase

Return Instructions

  1. Email us at support@evstep.com with detailed information on why you want to return the product. Make sure to include the Transaction Id or Receipt Number that Paypal sent in your receipt.
  2. We will send you an RMA number that will expire in 10 days.
  3. Print out the return form found here. Fill in the RMA number and the Transaction Id or Receipt Number on the return form. Include the return form with the return package.
  4. Send us the package using one of these methods: USPS parcel post, UPS ground, DHL ground, or FedEx ground.
  5. Once we receive the package and it is an acceptable return we will refund your money.
