A: By default your dance pad should map correctly if it just plugs into the USB. However, if your dance pad is converted from PS2 to USB or you have a disk/cd with drivers that you had to install to get your dance pad to work, your dance pad mapping may not be correct. But don't worry, we provided a utility, "Joystick Mapper", that will allow you to map any dance pad correctly.

To start "Joystick Mapper" go to Start->All Programs->Egg Snatch->Joystick Mapper . Use the utility to map the dance pad and then save the changes. Restart Egg Snatch for the changes to take effect. If at any point you want to go back to the original pre-configured settings, click on the default button and save the mapping.

A: This means that your dance pad is in Joystick Mode. You have to convert it to be in Dance Mode. Try pressing START+SELECT+UP for 3 seconds. If that fixes it, you might have to re-map your dance pad to Egg Snatch - look at "My dance pad buttons aren't mapped correctly, what do I do?".

If that didn't work, you have to install your drivers.

A: To get the game, download the trial version from the Egg Snatch page. Just click on the Download button.

The trial version only goes up to level 5. To play the full version, first download and install the trial version, then go to the Egg Snatch page again and click on the Buy button. After your payment goes through we will send you an email with the Registration Key Code. You can use this key to register the game.

Please include as much information in the email as possible to help us find your order quickly. If you have purchased the game from us and we can confirm it with an invoice or an email address, we will send you a new key.
